Up again, but it was because I got off schedule last night - had to work late, didn't get my workout in until late, and I was hungry afterwards. I hit my macros pretty close, and my waist is still down at 33.5", so I think the late night was the issue. No worries.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
