Ok 2oz rise. Not bad. but I think I already know what that is all about lol. I got off of the popcorn and went to the nuts. But if I tell you I get carried away on that too SMH. I got me some cashews and walnuts you know they say they are a good choice alone with pecans, I love peanuts but didn't get them. End up with a lot after I mixed them together. look at it and said, That's a lot. but wasn't thinking about that handful that they tell you about. I would put them in like the snack bags. Even with doing that I'm now eating to many I need to stop the maddness. Oh and I DID NOT start the exercise today. Let me see what tomorrow brings. I hope all of you had a wonderful and fruitful day. I'll keep moving...

After all you've been through, I wouldn't worry about a tiny rise :) I have a problem with portioning snacks too. I like to sneak bites here and there. The scale keeps me honest though, if not the last portion is significantly smaller than the rest 😂

Eidetiker I said that to myself. I know it could have been worse. And yes it is a fact, that scale will speak to you lol.
