One month ago I started tracking and budgeting my intake with this app. Wishing I had discovered it long ago.

Ok, so I was hoping for just a bit more this morning but overall I should just be really happy. Not sure I’ve lost 7 pounds in a month before, so FS gets all the credit. I keep saying I’ll be satisfied with 4-5 pounds a month, weighing in once a week. To be back around 200 by the end of the summer would be phenomenal.

Averaging 1215 kcal/day over 4 weeks
50-30-20 C-F-P

Plan: mindful eating (small bites, eaten slowly)
More walks outside for exercise and stress relief
Back to the gym eventually (there, I said it)
104.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 27.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
