3.5 Mile walk today. Surgery tomorrow morning, but hopefully won’t be down and out for long. Have a blessed Sunday everyone! 🤗

85.4 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg. Still to go: 21.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
