Lesson to me..... Don't weigh yourself after a meal, weigh yourself in the morning, every morning after the body has woken up and has stablized into the day .... before eating anything! (after coffee).
79.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It’s true!!! I wake up, have coffee, weigh in about an hour after I get out of bed.

I think its your true daily weight.... your body has burned off most of yesterday meals and you re left with base line for the new day

I always weigh as soon as I get up, before I eat or drink anything...even water.

Not knowing there would be so much interest in my post , I will say that after my morning coffee, of which is also a laxative, it allows my body to have its morning constitutional. and doing so it lightens my weight for weighing by Getting ride of yesterdays left overs.

Haha! That's a good point. 😆 I weigh myself immediately out of bed, completely naked. I don't even like to introduce coffee as a variable - the more controlled the scenario, the more "accurate" I feel the scale is. =) To each their own, though - I wonder how things might be different if I did it your way, instead! 😁

I totally understand the laxative part but it's not always the case for me so if I drank 24 Oz of coffee and then nothing 🙄, I'd probably pretend it was responsible for at least 2 pounds. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️
