Been away on vacation 2 weeks, unable to get most of what I needed for my diet, so ate more junk food than usual. I'm just glad I didn't gain more. LOL

Wt this morning (nude) 191, this evening before bed 192.8
86.6 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
