I think that this weigh in might be a fluke, but I'm recording it anyway. :-)

I went to a 90 minute Zumba party yesterday geared towards burning off Thanksgiving excesses, it seems to have worked! ;-)
58.2 kg Lost so far: 33.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
