Beautiful Morning FS Family,

I hope we are all enjoying this amazing weather in some way. I am so ecstatic to see this number. I know I am only 21, but I wouldn't actually be able to tell you the last time I was down this low in weight. The last time that I remember even being 218lbs was the summer of 2016 when I was 15 years old. I am still retaining fluid, but losing weight around it. So, even though I am still working with that it is amazing to know I am succeeding in other areas. Other than being sick and eating another change I made to my eating habits was that through the week I try and eat no more than 1,300 calories per day. Then, on the weekend no more 1,600. But, I do remind myself, just because I can eat extras on the weekend, doesn't mean I have to, it's there if I want a treat. I am also an avid soda drinker, I haven't had a soda in two weeks and when I had one yesterday it tasted bland so, I believe I can now make it so that if I do drink a soda it is only as a treat. I am giving myself the goal date of May 6th at my next weight appointment to hit my weight goal of 190, but will not be disappointed if I am a little more as long as I don't gain. One last goal that I decided for myself since I am halfway through college and looking at more professional jobs is that I need to go and get my driver's license and stop procrastinating so, that goal date for me is going to be Thanksgiving. It's been two years this month since I drove a car, so I believe November is a reasonable timeline.
