November 25, 2013. ICMYT is my diet! I Can Make You Thin! Kudos to Paul McKenna who wrote the book and made the television series to help people lose weight! I eat what I want and use behavior modification when I feel like it. Mostly I avoid sweets because I am diabetic now. I say now, because I am sure that I am going to cure my diabetes with my weight loss and exercise. :) I eat low fat because that is how we eat at our house. We eat baked fish twice a week. I eat oatmeal for lunch to lower my cholesterol. My husband demands salad at dinner, so we eat carrots, radishes, green onions and lettuce. Tomatoes and cucumbers sometimes, unless the price is too high. Celery every day until we run out of it. In January 2013 I started watching my calories and carbs and I weighed 232 lbs with BMI of 42.4 and by August I weighed 225 lbs. That is slow, but slow is better than not doing it at all! Three months later I weigh 202 lbs. So I started FatSecret with a BMI of 36.9. I am committed to this weight loss and health improvement! I look forward to being a normal BMI and getting rid of the diabetic label on my health profile.

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2014, my blood sugar is normal and my doctor took me off the diabetic pills! On MAY 19, 2014 my doctor stopped my cholesterol pills!
