My eating was bad this week but somehow I still lost versus gaining. I don't understand, sometimes I'm super good and cannot lose an ounce. So, I'm thankful for today.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
