I was far from perfect this week. I've been good at bringing food to work. I was out Thur and Fri. I could have made better choices but I didn't go way over board, enjoyed myself and the food so I was fine with it. On Thur night I got home earlier and was looking for snacks and giving in too much after having some wine. I need to work on this. On Friday it was later so I went straight to bed to avoid. What upsets me is one night can completely erase all the hard work I had done earier in the week. It is so hard to lose but extremely easy to undo in one day. I must remember this. Have a good week.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Sandra! I'm not sure one indulgence can erase one week of hard work. Of course if it's the night before you weigh in... it will show on the scale but it's only temporary water retention. But I agree with the feeling, when we are on track all week and for some reason eat more one night, we feel like we failed. At the end you lost one pound and it's good! Have a good week too, enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!

Hello Sandra, thanks for coming by... it's been a while. Your chart shows the beginning of a gradual decline. If you can break under 164 (a resistance area for you) you may be able to get yourself seriously back into a downtrend. Look at the big picture and try to correct imbalances early. As always, it's good to see you old buddy!
