Finally!I know I would've lost that lb. a lot sooner if my workout were longer.I stretch and warm up,I am going to do more of that.Then I get on and go to the count of 100.I will add to it daily.All the research I have done says DO NOT give up just stretch and warm up and keep adding time on.I cant imagine a 30 minute workout.I try to jump back on the elliptical a few more times a day.Luckily I have a small house and I cant ignore it!
I pretty much have the low carb food under control.So glad this time around I am allowing myself ALMOST any food in correct portion.I have convinced DH not to eat out at the all you can eat places.We took that as a personal challenge.One plate of delicious food is all we need.
Need to fix grandbabies breakfast.Happy Saturday!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, you would be surprised how fast you can build up your endurance. When I first started running, a quarter mile killed me. Then I kept at it and was able to run 3, 5, 10, 16 miles. I never thought I could do that. So keep at it!

Glad to know you have got that system down. DH likes those "all you can eat" places too. Drives me nuts!
