BREATHE-I am remembering to breathe and the seductive nature of doing so. Yes, exercise is becoming very sexy to me and it also helps in the sex department too!

Roller skating last night with the Girl Scouts I was in heaven as the music played and the air brushed through my hair and around my body's frame....Freedom, what a feeling! It also occurred to me I have learned something about my addiction to sugar but have to keep reminding myself. Sugar is good and it makes me happy. Sugar highs give me energy and makes me feel really good. My body lets me know this type of high I get with alcohol, empty calorie food or any sugary food cannot sustain the feel good energy without some kind of hang-over effect. Eventually the high comes crashing down and then I feel the need for more and more!!! Exercise is the very same yet cardio on the other hand makes me feel good through the act of deep breathing...deep breaths fill my inner being ... it is seductive it almost takes my breath away if I let it...My body cries out for more as it drips with sweat and it enhances my every day activities and makes me feel strong and vibrant.

Remembering in the moments how nutritious food and exercise helps me feel alive has brought me to the point I am now! It has been easy to slip back into old thought patterns but with repetition and focus I am not slipping back into the old patterns as often...less and less...I am learning more and more.... The following video I found when I wanted to find something that could illustrate what I was saying here. This gal who made the video is breathing too and her heart is happy for it too. One heart beat at a time! TOWANDA!!!!

Isn't it amazing how some foods just try to throw you for a loop? It used to be so scary to go to the store. Now I am so good at it... Thanks Lisa, I really liked that...Hope your having a great evening.. Love Ya Bren

I am so conditoned now, I don't even go down those aisles anymore. There is nothing in them that appeals to me. I go shopping and the only areas I visit are the fresh produce, the meats, the dairy, and coffee aisle, and the cleaning products. 98 percent of my shopping is done around the perimeter.

You know Lisa this has been my case for a long while too and love it because it engages so much of my inner sexual hunger that when I do workout its almost like I am making out OK thats a bit too much info but you know what I mean... Exercise gets me aroused!!! That sugar comment... HMM I swear my body does the same with caffeine and sugar. Once its in me I just want more of it and yes it gets seductive at times but I have noticed that if I over eat on lets say protein or even better a saturated fat rich meal I crave exercise much more and get aroused more weird huh? The longer I have been in this journey the less I slip... I agree 100% and also I have found the longer I do this and the better results I see it reinforces me to not slip as often. Two Feet and A Heart Beat TOWANDA!!!
