yay!!! Ketosis has been reached. I'm just doing the keto thang to see if I can. And I did. And eating FAT is fun! Quite a change from the hCG meal plan.
58.8 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
