Whelp😞😢. I'm totally out of excuses!!! Corona lockdown, snow storm, ice storm, car's not running - can't workout, waiting til things get back to normal . . . I've gained everything back!! And I gained it back UGLY!! In lumps! I'm starting over. Keto is a good fit for me so I'm sticking with this eating plan. I'm not only going to be diligent about journaling; I'm also going to work on creating a preplanned weekly menu so I can be prepared all the time.
