Starting to post my weekly average weight * 171.1. Monthly average DEC 175. JAN 173.7. FEB 171.2. I'm happy with my numbers, still working on getting them a bit more balanced.
We had a great weekend with our youngest daughter. Spent Saturday up in the Gila and Sunday at home.
I hope everyone is closer to who and where they want to be. ❤
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
