I delayed weighing in last week due to TOM and eye surgery (laid up for a day and a half from it), but I'm curious -- if you have a hurdle to your weight journey, do you still weigh in regularly (I typically weigh-in once a week) or do you skip it that particular week? I opted to skip it because I was afraid that an uptick on the scale would lead me to emotional eating. While I'm aware of it while I'm doing it, I've yet to master the willpower to stop myself.
Despite not exercising the way I typically would, I've been careful to log everything I eat in an effort to keep the day in perspective.
