When there's less to lose it seems to bounce. At least for me. I bounce like a yoyo. I'm not trying to lose weight necessarily but killing this last few bf points. Your good.

Anyone with the right diet will have a BMI of 23. The important thing is not to lose weight in a short period of time. Let's go slowly✨ ▽<|b✨
