A fairly inactive week, so calories remained relatively low overall.

Started off with a 6000 calorie day on Monday, then went back to normal on Tuesday and all was forgiven by Wednesday (fun experiment).

The only workout was on Monday - the rest of the week was sedentary due to work and crummy sleep.

Great night of sleep last night and I'm all recharged and ready to resume my hardcore 4 days at the gym this week! 💪
