kid birthday this weekend. thought I'd weigh-in so I can better assess the aftermath.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Just remember that if you do slip and indulge a bit, that's totally okay and honestly, your body is prolly just gonna hold it as water weight for a few days. Shrug it off, weigh in in a week again and keep moving forward. This would he just such a minor blip, who even cares. You shouldn't!
