I had about 100g of extra carbs yesterday... And thus, I am up. Well, it's a little more complicated than that, obviously. There was a slight calorie surplus, and I didn't exercise as much or as hard as I wanted to. And I snacked incessantly. Oh well, we'll try to be better today.
