Think that's a WHOOSH. I haven't been lifting since Friday last week so losing some water retention there, cut back calories to compensate, and cut back my salt intake a fair bit. I suspect this will go back up a bit by the weekend due to these factors, but headed in the right direction.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
