I had 3T chia seeds again yesterday with a .5# gain again for the second day of small gains. Maybe its a "setpoint" issue. I have lost 10# in the last 7 days and I am very thankful to God for removing those ten pounds. Maybe it is God's design of homeostasis and my smartly designed body trying to preserve the weight it's used to. Whatever, I have chosen wisely except for Premier Protein being processed food. Maybe I should eliminate it. It probably is playing havic with my gut bacteria due to artificial sugars and additives. Do today, real food as God made it is the plan. Plus water, water, water!!🙌🙌🙌

You're probably right about set point. I wouldn't worry about it too much! Just keep at it. A watched pot never boils! I find i just have to ignore the scale and continue doing what I know I need to. Sometimes that stubborn weight hangs tight. But you will break through if you keep at it. Great job on losing 10lbs!!!
