12:05 p.m. I just made a 33 oz. container of hot Sweet and Spicy Tea by Good Earth. It is spicy and sweet but no calories. I often made cold "suntea" with it. When it's cold the hot tea hits the spot. I said I was planning to eliminate artficial food today but I am considering drinking a Lindora protein drink. I think it has minimal artificial sugar. I plan to buy some probiotics to help gut flora. When I drink the hot tea and 33 oz. water I will have 16 plus 66 oz. for the day. Best if I drink it asap so I can drink my full planned amount for the day before too late which may help me to sleep longer without waking up.
