Made it to the 180’s! It’s good to have some sense of normalcy after my eating being out of control for so long. I’m forming new habits this week to replace the urge to eat out of boredom and stress. The hinge and sugar cravings have subsided. I feel strong and able! Looking forward to my June goal!!

boredom and stress have been my enemies too. I try to keep busy and ignore the stressors. I've been succeeding for the past four months. wish I could tell you how but I'm not sure how!

My hardest diet days are when I have a day off. Feel your pain. I use every last calorie on those days.

Congratulations. Stress has been a biggie for me. I find that when I get hungry and it's not time to eat yet, if I can just wait a few minutes, and get busy with something, it fades for a while. The worst is when I'm stressed or hurting, and tell myself "I deserve" the treat, I sabotage my long term plans.
