Had one of those days where I just wanted to keep eating and eating. Nothing really filled me up, nothing satisfied any of my cravings. I deal with a lot of chronic pain and depression, when these are elevated I get bored, sitting at home and I want to stuff my face. I’ve been aiming for 15-1700 calories a day. Today was 1900. 😟
106.6 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
