Up today, not surprising as I've overeaten my calories the last couple days. Not a crazy lot but enough to show up on scale.

Not very motivated to get up early and go out in the cold to work out but it's supposed to start getting warmer after the weekend (yay 30's) so am thinking about it. I stopped last year when the gym closed down and never went back. Had the trainer send me some workouts last fall and did for a couple months and stopped. Sometimes I do a workout from youtube but nothing close to consistent. Son now has a full basement with equipment so I could go there. Won't cost me a dime, I know it's good for me, and yet here I sit.

Anyhoo, it aint rocket science....eat smarter and move a little to keep the gears greased. I am grateful for the good health I have and I want to do what I need to, to keep it that way.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 58.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
