BS 82 ( fasting) - no longer pre-diabetic Ketone level. .7 Carnivore is working for me. Maybe too well. I have lost the 5# that I was worried about + add'l 2# since Jan 31st. I am not starving myself. Believe me. And, I still plan to stay the course 'til March 1. That is where I am on this. Not sure where it is headed. I'll just have to eat more. Oh, poor me!👀
