A loss, finally! I am back to my weight from 2 weeks ago.

The low-carb friendly biscotti I made last week really did not help! I don't have any left, so I guess this helped!

I did make some keto-friendly chocolate fudge that goes well with coffee. The fudge squares are kind of small, so it helps in reducing snacking.

I solved my constipation issue with only one dose of PEG 3350. The known brands are Laxaday and Restoralax (in Canada -- Miralax in the US), but I bought a cheaper store brand. It did the job! Also I have been more regular the following days.

What is frustrating for me today is that my period just started this morning, but after a 15-day cycle! My cycles are usually 21 to 26 days long. I hope it is just my body adjusting after my uterine fibroid embolization, but that was months ago. Or maybe it is just premenopause, which can last many years. I will have to wait and see how things go.

I recently moved my blood pressure monitor elsewhere in the house where my arm can rest at a level closer to my heart, and out of the spot where I usually work from home. Because of that, I have been having higher BP readings, but nothing really worrying. These days my systolic is in the 120s. So maybe the 110s I had before were from my arm being a bit too elevated from my heart. At the doctor's office, my arm is even lower, with no support for my feet and back, so my readings are high.

We just had a power outage for maybe an hour or so and thankfully the electricity came back! Which is a good thing because it is pretty cold outside. At least it is mostly sunny. I will keep on snacking less often and I hope that I can maintain!

Good job on getting that scale down again. Turned that trend around!!! Cold all over now! Yup... hoping at maintaining is where I am as well
