Thank you Shrewdness. 😊 I tend to get a bit discouraged when the weight loss is slow, but I snap out of it quickly when I remind myself that as long as I keep on working on a healthy lifestyle, I am achieving. 👍 Your support is greatly appreciated. ❤

Becky, just stay on course, I have been losing weight so slowly and I deserve it because I don’t exercise. I just don’t eat at night and I intermittent fasting and I’m slowly getting to where I want, but I don’t give up even though it is SLOW.😐
