I had a nibble of my daughters cheese burger yesterday. Has anyone else noticed how salty or sweet food is that we normally dont eat on a diet? My last free day I was craving hard pancakes. I couldnt eat much because they seemed way to sweet.
96.4 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Totally! I ran an experiment last night. I was really lo on calories so added a few green grapes some cheese and my 2 squares of dark chocolate and was stunned the grapes were sweeter than the chocolate.
