Trying to maintain is not as easy as it sounds. I am eating more and today it showed up on the scale. I am backing off a bit to make the scale go back down again. It seems like I will be up and down for the rest of my life.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is how it usually is for people. The trick is that you can't overindulge every day. If you have a bad day, just adjust for it during the rest of the week. You are doing great, and congratulations on your weight loss!
