So frustrated that I’m not losing weight. I’m fixing to start FASTING! Give me some help! What do you do for fasting??
76.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Depends on if you're doing a liquid fast or a total (water only) fast. When I used to fast, I did only water.

16 hour fast, 8 hours to eat. So for example eat during 1pm-9pm. Hope that helps. You got this!
