We haven't done a bicep shot in a while. I thought, "what the heck" and gave her a go! LOL

My average lows this week have me sitting at 113.0, which sits perfectly within this girl's weight range.

Measurements still the same
25 inches around the waist
31 around the high hip area

I think I'm 33 or 34 around the low hip area, but honestly I don't pay much attention to that measurement, because it reminds me I have no a$$, LOL

Let's not even get into my chest measurement. We'll just say I'm thankful I'm not a AA instead of an A and at least one can build up the "peck" area...and we'll just leave it at that

Anyhow, I really want to find a little time to document recovery methods. I'm actually utilizing a lot of these methods right now, regarding some nerve pain I'm dealing with in my neck and shoulder blade area.

Part of it may be due to rotator cuff issues I have in both arms, and the other part may be MS related, because random nerve pain is indeed, a part of the package. Especially, if there's been damage to the spinal cord, and of course I do have a itty bitty little lesion sitting on the thoracic area of my spine.

In the meantime I can at least put down what I currently use to help recover and essentially prep for pre and post workouts.

1. Warm up and cool down stretches for pre and post workout

2. A whole day devoted to mobility using "rollers" and a session of hatha yoga.

3. Wim Hoff breathing method in addition to one daily Hot/Cold shower, usually couched post workout

4. Power Plus Percussion massage gun (a.k.a., the hammer)- Usually every other day

5. Beam - a CBD/melatonin mix used for sleep. Usually taken the night before an intense workout

And, the newest edition
6. FAB CBD gummies - I gotta admit this girl really likes her CBD. But, I'll expand on that one later

7. Ibuprofin - I try to keep this one as rare as possible. It can really do a number on the kidneys and liver if taken to often. If I do take it, it's only one. On average I may get in 1 Ibuprofin a week if that says anything.

8. BCAA's

9. Glucosomine for joint care

10. CBD Liberty Lotion - I don't use this one often either. It's topical, potent, and works really well. But, unless I'm dealing with some deep muscle and nerve issues - usually everything else above takes care of it.

Needless to say, Mom has been slathering the Liberty Lotion around the shoulder blade area to help with the nerve pain I have now. I'm about 85% healed, but have little ways to go.

You are THERE Egull! 👍 I can identify with the rotator cuff pain! Working gently through some of that myself. Some say it won’t ever entirely go away. ✌️

I think it's excellent to have no a$$ and no exaggerated chest. My hips still look ridiculous (though the measurement says I've lost several inches) and I'd prefer them flat.

Thank you, Hebrews & 60 pack. Isn't it horrible how our minds can be our own worst critic. I do love these arms, but then I start nit-picking everything, LOL. But, you're right - I am "there", and now it's a matter of continuing to expand the potential and function of what is there and enjoying the ride in the process! :-) And, "A" to the "men" when it comes to rotator cuff issues. I did well today, and really used the workout to help heal and recover using slow resistance & low impact movements with the weights. It wasn't about gains today, just using the weight to actually help engage the muscles and provide some relief and gentle stretching to nerves and tendons. It worked because I feel wayeeeee less pain than I did 48 hours ago and I can actually bend my neck backwards! And, thank you LC - as much as I complain about having "flat butt" syndrome, I confess I don't miss the chest. I used to be a 40C if you can believe it?! But, it never felt comfortable to me. It's actually kinda nice to have the bulk out of the way! LOL! @TR3, Accomandr, DP, moopie, sk, and Augusta Thank you for all so very much for your kind words. It's definitely a process and I really do try to focus on the "function" of this form, but it's important for us ladies to take a moment to celebrate their beauty, too. If anything, we know one thing and that is our bodies show up everyday for us to do the best they can to live, function, and breathe for our wishes and goals. That kind of dedication alone makes every body beautiful, I think. @kiara, Diana, and morgan - trust me when I say, anyone can increase their muscle mass. I started with 2 & 3 lbs dumb bells and worked my way up very incrementally. This is my fourth year into this process. If one has the patience, curiosity, and willingness to consistently meet their mind & body where it's at and progress from that point - anything you want is possible :-)

The opposing team coach today reminded me of someone and it was driving me nuts trying to think who she looked like. Then I saw this. She looked like she could be your sister! Wish I would’ve gotten a picture of her. Nice arms by the way!
