I don't understand the additional wt. loss. My goal was 145, then for insurance I extended it to 140, now I'm at 136.5. I have added back in a few high carbs...1/2 dry English, 1/2 wrapper Mexican, a few potato tots here and there. I have squash, onions and okra at least 4 nights a week. For dessert I have sugar free jello with whip cream topping and a bite of Atkins Peanutbutter bar. I also treat myself to 4 beers in the afternoon & evening while I watch the sunset across the lake. The beer is an additional 7.6 carbs. My entire relationship with food is different now and I really dont want to go back. Just waiting for my body to adjust to the new wt. All is good...!
61.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
