CICO seems to be working, even without low carb 🙀
Hot chocolate was included on low calorie days 3 times 😺
This is my lowest weight in 10 years. I started FS in January 2011.
94.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
