Woke at 212#, must have been the stair climbing and the IF & OMAD, Trying to tweak and tune diet for best results, only thing I really need and keep is my coffee & cream, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !
96.2 kg Lost so far: 97.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
