Restarting the diet on my second anniversary. I lost and kept off 18 lb over this period. It might seem to be a small accomplishments to some, but I am very proud of myself, as until now I was steadily gaining 3-5 lb a year despite all my attempts to control the weight gain. I still have to lose some weight, but my main goal is not gaining and taking good care of myself. I would like to lose 10 more pounds this year. I will not try to lose all the remaining 20 as I am afraid I will only regain them if I lose them fast. Will update my jornal over the weekend. This is just a brief note for myself.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
