I'm pretty sure my scale is not very accurate, I never see odd numbers past the decimal. But at least I'm trending down :)

Work's got me stressed and am thankful I'm not stress eating. I did binge on the weekend but ate less on Monday so I think the calories evened out.

Have a snacking problem though, I keep sneaking a bite here and a bite there and it really adds up. It makes it hard to log too.

the snacking problem is an issue lot of us face. for me it helped to start eating later and eat bigger portions loaded with protein and try to restrict the amount of carbs. what comes to your scale, one of mine is like that and I believe the specs on it say something like "accurate to 0.5lbs", scales that show every digit increment are usually a bit more accurate, yet still only to the tune of 1/4 lbs. knowing this also helps reduce the anxiety caused by fluctuations in daily readings. 🙂

@yohoyoh Yes, I try to do that on the weekdays and usually do pretty well. Weekends is where things go off the rails because I have no structure and I cook for my husband who just eats whatever he wants (mostly carbs). I have to taste everything to make sure it's OK before I pack it up. I didn't know that about scales, that's good to know. I try not to weigh myself every day because I will get obsessed. @Augusta888 thanks!
