Yesterday was tough. Rough day at work, family issues, my knee was really bad, I didn't exercise, and I snacked like crazy... but I kept it to my current vice, the Honey Nut Corn Chex (it's crack, but there are worse options). So, after all that, you'd expect a weight gain, eh? Somehow I dropped a pound! I'll take it. Now, if I can just get some exercise in today, I will be happy.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
