Good nights sleep (not good as I had nightmares but I got like 7 hours) and drank two bottles of water before bed.So now I’m only 1# above my usual. Also had a lower calorie day too so that might’ve played a part. This isn’t a true loss but rather a water loss 💦.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
