Got hurt on the job and sat in the office for 4½ months. Gained weight because of inability to use injured arm (and lack of exercise).
Then, to make matters worse, I retired, and we took a two week trip to the Seattle area to visit friends. Non-stop partying, and another five pounds added. So now it's a serious fight (now that my arm is 'fixed' and I can exercise the old fashioned way - weights) to shed this adipose tissue. GASP!
