ok, doing good on my "JMA ALL" plan (reminder of foods allowed at no limit:
"eat all you want whenever you want" foods are; lettuce, scallions, cucumbers, green peppers, celery, cantaloupe, strawberries, lemon juice, diet drinks, tea, cod/sole/flounder/haddock, veggie broth, vinegar, LC gelatin, pickles, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, herbs & spices). Today will be a TEST of my discipline, determination, drive to be & continue to be TRUE TO ME, etc. I volunteer at a local church thrift store (sorting donations) and one of the others is bringing homemade pizza and maybe homemade 'goodies' (that aren't good for me, sugar, starchy). I'm bringing my own lunch/snack but for most part I might try to continue 'working', another person did that also last time. I know some folks out there might say, have just one slice, or 1 piece of cake, or take off & eat just the toppings of the pizza. WELL I can't do that, one bite sets off a reaction in me to crave more & move & more. And even though I might limit myself to 1 or 2 slices on the way home I would stop and get more of everything not in my woe and binge. So this is a TEST and I am determined to pass it :-)
