Have rejoined curves in New Year after taking a rather extended break. Don't really enjoy it but I find that it helps rev up my metabolism and makes it easier to loose a bit of weight. It also stops me from eating as much. For one thing, I don't go home right after work and "snack" until suppertime while making supper. Instead, I'm burning calories at Curves. I find I eat less after I exercise and my appetite during supper is decreased. I'm proud of the fact that I've been able to stay away from cakes, cookies, chocolates and candy for 10 days now. I've managed to loose the weight that I gained over the Christmas season.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
