Besides starting to track my calories again I thought I'd start wearing pants without an elastic waist band to remind myself to quit eating too much. I did very well today, no longer have circulation to my lower extremities but my calories were lower. I got this!!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
