Is it possible to lose 8 lbs in 10 days? I have been trying hard but the last couple of days have been not great. that is going to catch up with me huh. i just dont know how this is real. i mean i do. but i dont

It is possible at your weight when you are starting out- however I question the accuracy of scales after 300 pounds, That being said- whoo-hoo!! Good job!

Thanks guys and @freetime no. Just been fixing the way I eat, as little sodium as possible, exercising. I found exercises I liked doing. Barely any soda and caffeine drinks. I'm changing my relationship with food.
