The fact that my weight stayed the same this week is a little frustrating to see but my eating habits are good, I've added exercise back into the mix... I wish I had taken my measurements at the same time as I can feel the difference in toning compared to when I started just cant prove it to myself, but its ok though, its a journey that is much more then 2 weeks long... starting point as of now is...
