I've been very busy. Almost too busy to post, but I am still recording every bite and everything is going fine. I lost 1/2 pound today and I am feeling good about it. I got my hubby up this morning for a quick morning walk. It is Monday and I have lots of errands to run. Later!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you weigh every day? I am trying hard not to even think about the scale. I have set myself task of once a week. I love the sight of your weight history. That little line under post that shows weight, what has been lost so far, how much still to go or goal, and reasonably well...mine is still not showing right. My neighbour just called she wants to go out for lunch tomorrow. I could have a caesar without crutons, unless the restaurant makes its own dressing using sugar...what to do. Would it be strange if I took my own bottle of dressing :-)
