I'm liking this week's stats.

Added 2 more short and very high impact workouts on the weekends. 5 workouts a week now!

Chest/Back day: 90 minutes
Arms/Legs day: 90 minutes
Shoulders: 75 minutes
Full-body (extreme intensity): 30-45 minutes, twice a week

1 minute rest periods and lifting to absolute failure each set... the difference is amazing!! 💪
74.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah- I switched to full body every day- so that has been interesting. I understand the soreness. Everything hurts-in a fantastic way.
