My scale was playing games with me today 😤
First it reported 218 twice, then 216 twice, then 217 twice 😳. Today I will log 217, in the middle.

I had to go for lab work today and there was a Noah’s in the area, so on the way home I bough a pretzel bagel. I know I’m weird, but I like my bagels plain. Hopefully my treat won’t set me back too far 🙄

Now that I think about it, I should have stepped on the scale at the lab. Oh, well... It’s a private thing anyway 🤫 Except that I do share it with all of you 🤣
98.4 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I forgot to mention that I followed my WoE and walked 30 minutes 3 times a day, for 6 out of 7 days. So I’m feeling frustrated that I didn’t lose weight. Calories in each day were under 1,400 with no cheats, except for today 😉

I just recalculated my RDI, it recommended 1,800. I subtracted 500 for weight loss, so now I’ll try 1,300 calories per day.

Test results look good to me, let’s wait & see what my doctor says.
